			Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any of the following items to Portland Co., Ltd., for a full refund (we'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error): - Any goods in its original condition - Any unopened or still in its plastic wrap Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Portland Co., Ltd. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. We cannot accept items returned after 30 days.


			We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
